Join us on August 18, at 2pm Nairobi time (7am ET!), to receive your free digital copy of this timely toolbox.

When 25 revolutionary youth organizers from all across Africa converged at ActionAids training centre in Arusha, Tanzania, in 2018, we didn't know what to expect. Our convening birthed Beautiful Trouble Africa, a network that assembled this phenomenal new toolkit.

Titled after a new political ideology for youth resisting neoliberalism in the Motherland today, New Pan-Afrikanism: A Toolkit For Making Beautiful Troublefeatures 23 tactics, principles, theories, stories, and methodologies from some of the most effective African organizers.

Our online launch party is a chance to learn from comrades who, in the face of severe repression, authoritarian conditions, pillaged economies, and devastated lands, have responded with wisdom, creativity, fortitude, and prowess.

For those in other time zones not so keen on waking up at such an hour, fear not! We will send the e-book download link and launch party recording to everyone who registers. In the months ahead, we’ll be hosting additional launch celebrations… coming to a timezone near you!

A special thanks to ActionAid for the continuous support of this toolkit and their efforts in supporting grassroots globally for a more just world.

From inspiring citizen’s arrests in Uganda to giving a voice to trees in Ghana, activists everywhere will find fresh, inspiring ideas in this toolbox for their own inventive schemes.

We invite you to share this event with your community! [Click to share on Facebook.]
