Zulaikha Aburisha is a poet, columnist, researcher, writer and activist from Jordan. She worked as an editor for the UN for 16 years, has served as editor-in-chief of journals, and is a member of NGOs concerned with culture and women’s rights. She has also published 17 books of poetry, short stories, and children’s literature, as well as works on gender and language.
